With Dr John Ferguson at the organ and Dr Anton Armstrong at the conducting podium the Choral Festival, “Songs for the Journey”, promises to be quite memorable. It is an opportunity for choral singers to experience the leadership of these two living legends over a period of days. Beginning the 26th of October in the evening, the weekend continues the 27th with a full, rich day of musical rehearsal that will take the singer beyond the notes and into the spirit of the text and notes that make for a life-changing and enriching experience. The conclusion includes final rehearsal and a hymn and choral festival on the 28th of October. Please come to be part of this event as member of the Festival Chorus. Registration details are below.

The AGO Chapters of Queens, Nassau and Suffolk along with the Music & Ministry Committee are pleased to offer this Choral Festival Weekend. There is now access for the disabled to the sanctuary so that all may join in hearing and singing.

The festival will renew souls, touch hearts and celebrate the spirit that comes with singing not only as a chorus but especially with the greater congregational choir.
